Why the heck are we recording again?

Well, we get kind of restless with staying still. It’s been over a year since Short Films On Self-Control was recorded, so we have been itching to record new stuff. We also envisioned our website to be a vehicle for releasing new music, so recording is a logical step towards that end.

Starting on April 1st, we will be releasing one new song on the first of each month. Each “internet single” will be available in digital format only. The first single, “Long Coats, No Energy”, which Steve has written about on our blog, will be available on April 1st. Check out the music page on April 1st (no joke)!

This Saturday, March 15th, we’ll be playing at Brillobox in Lawrenceville. We’re playing with a really great band, but you’ll have to go to the SHOWS page for full details.

So, if you’re not too hammered from your St. Patrick’s Day (Observed) festivities, join us at Brillobox. We’ll throw back a few green beers with you.

We’ve uploaded some new media for your consumption.

There are two new videos on the VIDEOS page and a new photoset on the PHOTOS page from our Goldhawk show in Hoboken in January.

Also, “I Am the Loser” has been featured for the past few weeks on the local music news on WYEP 91.3 FM in Pittsburgh. If you are a listener of WYEP and have heard it, call in or email the station and let them know that you like it and think that they should keep playing it.
